Can i fix my car anywhere i want, or do i have to go where the insurance company says?

The state of Tennessee protects our rights as citizens to have our vehicle repaired at ANY repair facility of our choosing. Unfortunately, there is a lot of confusion on this one, you may be told by an agent or adjuster that you HAVE to go to a certain place, and its simply not true.
